About Halrai’s Origins
Originally, Halrai was a sister company of Équipements Ferroviaires du Nord, which manufactured machinery for railroad maintenance. Équipements Ferroviaires du Nord was recognized as a leader for its innovative products, including the design and manufacturing of the first Rail Changer in Canada in 1986.
In 2010, Équipements Ferroviaires completed the merger of its operations with Halrai Inc., under the name Halrai Industries Inc. Today, Halrai is a manufacturer of work van equipment and service trucks for all major industry sectors in North America.
